Bobkay Composite Pipes are made by German Technology with an Aluminium core tube bounded by adhesives to the inside & outside tube layers Polyethylene (High & Medium Density). The engineered combination of materials provides the pipe with the guts of metal and the longevity & durability of polyethylene, all in an easily handled and installed system. Gas & Air Distribution The continually welded middle layer of Aluminium makes bobkay pipe to stand Hi-working pressure and assures to gas (oxygen) permeability. Easily bendable quality decrease the fittings, prevent leakage & makes bobkay composite pipe appropriate for compressed Air, Gas and Oxygen distribution system. Medical, Foodstuff & Chemical Distribution It's inside & outside polyethylene layer do not react with chemicals & makes bobkay Composite pipe hygienic & safe without contamination. As medical and oxygen supply pipe, it can be assured safe and the purity of it's carrying media. As foodstuff & industrial fluid supply pipe, it's corrosion-resistant, contamination, resistant to assure foodstuff not to be contaminated during manufacture. Below 60o C, PE is able to stand all kinds of (in density) acid and alkali solutions. It's static free, thus can be just used in chemical industry without extra protection. |
